WHY DO WE ASK FOR THE SERIAL NUMBER?
It’s pretty easy to order the wrong part, we keep some bladders in stock, but most of the time we have to order them in. Before we order a bladder we will probably ask you for the serial number. The reason is that’s there a lot of information encoded in that number.
That’s why if we are unsure of what model you have, we ask you to check the serial number on the bag or next to the inflation point.
It should look like this A-AA-11- AA-11-1111 CC11, the first set of 3 letters is the country of origin and which part of the company produces it, the first 2 block number is year of production, the third of letters is the model, the third block of numbers is size, and the 4 block of 4 numbers is the number of the wing off the production line, and the final info which is CC11 is colour code for the product.
So, for example G-DX-21 SL-05-2861 CC17 is a DUOTONE SLICK 2021 5.0m wing number 2861 in colour code 17 light grey and mint green.
Or in the Example above DUOTONE KITE 2021 Dice 7m, kite number 29 of the production line in colourway #4.
