"With a hand disability I had my doubts if I could 'handle' kitesurfing but was proved wrong! Had a blast with both of my instructor's, safety and good habits are at the top of their list. All the staff have been great, in shop and on the beach, always keeping an eye out for you even when not under instruction. Thanks guys :-)"

"Not often you go into a shop and ask for something and they give it to you for free.I went into ActionSports for some rail tape and the owner come out with some and I said how much and he said dont worry about it.I wasnt after a whole lot just to patch some areas up.Great customer service.Please dont go in and ask for stuff for free though. "Was determined to start kitesurfing asap. Came in for lessons. Dam, left it too late. Was told it’s too late in the session to start. They could have easily taken my money for lessons but instead they were honest, told me to come back at beginning of next season. "Darren, the owner, knows how to provide good service. Following an unfortunate mistake, a bar and lines I had ordered online at the start of December as a present for Christmas failed to arrive by the 18th Dec. The item was out of stock and undelivered despite funds leaving my account, leaving me empty handed just with just 5 shopping days left. Upon hearing about this, Darren went out of his way to find a replacement product for me and even delivered it the same day. Can't ask for better than that!"

"Very good setup. Booked via phone, they sent out notes & links to video to learn before the first lesson. It is a good idea as it resulted in more time learning kite handling and board control. The voice headsets were great for feedback while in the water. Got up and flying which was great. Very good fun - both Martin and Wendolien were good."
