Action Sports WA – Price Match Policy

Found it cheaper? Talk to us!

At Action Sports WA, we believe in offering competitive prices, expert advice and great customer service.

We understand that you want the best deal on your watersports equipment, and we’re always happy to consider matching a competitor’s advertised price.

Our Price Match Promise

If you find an equivalent product advertised at a lower price by another Australian retailer, let us know and we’ll do our best to match it.

To keep things fair and straightforward, the following conditions apply:

● Australian retailers: The competing price must be advertised by a legitimate Australian retail business.

● Equivalent products: Products must be identical or directly comparable in brand, model, specifications and condition.

● Stock availability: The product must be physically in stock and available for immediate purchase at both Action Sports WA and the competing retailer.

● Current advertised prices: The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of your enquiry.

● Special offers: Clearance sales, liquidation sales, pricing errors, auction listings and other exceptional promotional offers may be excluded.

● Freight costs: Where applicable, delivery and freight charges may be considered when comparing prices.

How to Request a Price Match

Simply contact us or visit our store with details of the competitor’s advertised price.

We’ll review the offer and let you know what we can do.

A Few Things to Remember

Our Price Match Promise is offered at the discretion of Action Sports WA. While we’ll always endeavour to offer competitive pricing, we cannot guarantee that every price match request will be approved.

Price matching is available before purchase and does not generally apply retrospectively.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
