International shipping is available. Please contact us for a quote.

Our minimum shipping cost is $14.99

Shipping to areas outside of major metropolitan areas may incur a higher shipping charge which we can determine and calculate on a case by case basis. 

Bulky Items or Heavy Items, will have a freight charge calculated on their size and weight.

All deliveries must be signed for (Unless Authority to leave is requested) to avoid theft and fraud however If the nominated place of delivery should be unattended or if delivery cannot be otherwise affected by the Carrier, the Carrier may at its option Deposit the goods at that place of delivery irrespective of whether a Authority to Leave was given or not. We cannot ship to a PO Box, and a business address where someone will be present to receive the delivery is best. This also avoids delays and costs in re delivery.

We try our best to ship orders on the same day we receive them (Monday to Friday) but occasionally it can take longer (48 to 72 hours Monday to Friday) due to the size of many of our items.

Our freight is sent through several carriers including Direct Freight Express, Startrack Express/Aus Post TNT, and DHL. Tracking details are usually sent when the package is booked for collection. If you haven't received the details just contact us and we can send them.

Our delivery times are pretty fast. Think about if you drove from Perth to your area and you get a good idea of how long it takes to get a package from us to you. For example Sydney is usually 3-5 days, Melbourne 3-5 days and so on. Shipping larger items like wing boards can take a bit longer as many regional areas don't get the big delivery trucks as regularly as the small vans. It is a big country and we get our gear around pretty quick.
